Located in Kwai Fong Estate. It is a Neighbourhood Elderly Centre subvented by Social Welfare Department which has provided services from 1989. It strives to offer suitable services to the elderly and the caregivers in the community in order to assist the elderly to enjoy a happy and positive ageing.

- 1 recent photo
- Membership annual fee HK$21
- Elderly member (over 60 years old): ID card and Membership annual fee HK$21
- Caregiver member (aged 18 or above and taking care of elderly people aged 60 or above): ID card
- Volunteer member (aged 18 or above and those who are interested in elderly services): ID card
- The membership has to be renewed each year. Non-renewal of membership upon its expiration will result in cancellation of membership.
- Membership may also be terminated by request by phone or in person. The annual fee paid will NOT be refunded.
